  • What makes Vitalmins different from other vitamin subscription services?

    The short answer: you just get more. The long answer: In addition to personalized vitamin packs, you get a detailed health report backed by our evidence-based algorithm that outlines your current health, fitness age, and lifestyle.  You can also access custom wellness plans full of fitness and nutrition information tailored to your unique goals.

  • Can I add pills that weren’t part of my recommendation to my pack?

    Yup! You have the option to add more and get up to 6 total vitamins in your pack.  

  • What if I forget to take my vitamins?

    No big deal. If you forget to take your vitamins one day, simply take your vitamins as usual the next day when you remember. Don’t double up to catch up on what you missed. If you fall behind more than a day or two, you can also adjust your next delivery date. For supplements to work though, it’s best to take them regularly.

  • What’s the benefit of taking vitamins?

    Even if you’re the type who drinks green smoothies and eats lean proteins daily, your diet may be missing crucial nutrients. Vitamins help fill those nutritional gaps. They also help support overall body functions to keep you performing and feeling your best.

  • Where do you source your ingredients from?

    We source our vitamins only from highly vetted suppliers who pride themselves on their quality and expertise.

  • Can I change my survey answers?

    Yup! Click the Take the Survey button at the top of the page, then cycle through to whatever questions you need to edit.

  • Can I buy vitamins without subscribing?

    Nope. Unfortunately, you can’t. But, don’t let that stop you. Try us out for a month. If you find yourself not liking our vitamins after you sign up, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    Unfortunately, we can only ship within the USA at the moment.

  • Can I change the email address on my account?

    You can, but we don't recommend it. Switching to a different email address will result in you losing access to your custom health report and any wellness plans you’ve purchased.

  • What do I do if I can’t remember my password?

    When you go to sign in, select “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. Pretty simple, right?

  • Is shipping free?

    Yup! Shipping is free on all orders over $30.

  • How many packs do I get?

    Your monthly order has 30 packs, but we ship you next month’s order before the end of the current one, so you don’t have to worry about running out.  

  • When will the vitamins’ effects kick in?

    Different people will feel the effects of vitamins differently. They won’t make you feel like a superhuman, but you will likely notice changes to your overall health after regularly taking vitamins for some time.

  • I don’t do well swallowing pills; do you have other options?

    Unfortunately, we only have pills available at the moment. Check back in the future for other formulations. In the meantime, this article has some helpful tips:

  • When is my order arriving?

    We’re on the same boat. We just can’t wait for you to try our vitamins. Not to worry, you can expect your vitamins within 3 to 5 business days after they ship. Remember, your delivery date can be adjusted if needed.

  • What if I want to make a return?

    We understand. Please contact our customer service department via chat email or phone. One of our reps will help you send your vitamins back, answer questions, and determine if you’re eligible for a refund. We’re so confident that won’t happen, though that we have also a 15-day money back guarantee. If our vitamins aren’t your cup of tea, we’ll refund your purchase.

  • When will I be billed?

    Orders will be charged to your card immediately at checkout. Your 3-month and 6-month subscriptions are charged monthly at the discounted monthly rate. To make sure you don’t miss a day, we’ll auto-renew you for a 1-month subscription. You can always opt-out to discontinue.

  • Can I purchase multiple wellness plans?

    Yup! Simply add all the plans you want to your cart from the Survey Recommendations page during checkout. However, we suggest starting with one and seeing how your body reacts before you try to take on more.

  • What’s included in a wellness plan?

    Wellness plans address every facet of wellness including fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition. Each one includes helpful step-by-step guidance and information designed by wellness experts. It identifies foods to eat, outlines exercise plans, and helps you build healthier habits.  

  • What if I can’t or prefer not to complete the survey online?
